Louis Amaya

Co-Founder, Board Member, and CEO

As the CEO, Louis Amaya is responsible for acquisitions, trading, portfolio management, and operations. Before co-founding Neighborhood Stabilization Capital Management, Louis co-founded and served as the chief investment officer (CIO) at the National Asset Direct, Inc., Capital Markets (NAD). Because of co-founding NAD at the apex of the mortgage crises, he was featured in Bloomberg Markets Magazine as a thought leader in the industry. At NAD, Louis was responsible for all aspects of the investment portfolio and operations.

Louis oversaw the creation of iServe Companies and Xplair Technology as well as continued managing iServe’s operations, servicing, REO, lending, and technology platforms. His previous positions included the director of the Servicing Capital Group (SCG) at GMAC RFC. He created the SCG and through its platform, managed the risk and disposition of GMAC RFC’s multibillion-dollar, nonperforming mortgage portfolio.

Louis founded Capital Markets Today and is also the current host. Capital Markets Today produces Mortgage Markets Today, an internet talk radio broadcast that provides relevant discussions with industry experts on topics ranging from capital markets, whole loan/MSR/secondary trading, real estate, and mortgage lending.

Louis received his undergraduate degree from Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU) and his MBA from the University of the Pacific (UOP).

Kimiko Yamamoto

Co-Founder and Board Member

In addition to being a founding member, Kimiko Yamamoto is the president and chief operating officer (COO) of PEMCO Ltd. She is highly experienced in all aspects of real estate management and is currently in charge of PEMCO’s thriving real estate operation. Kimiko has been successful in securing several contracts with HUD, making PEMCO Ltd. one of the largest asset management firms in the nation. She has been involved with real estate management and marketing since 1996 and has managed more than 150,000 properties.

Kimiko obtained her undergraduate degree from Hawaii Loa College and has graduated from Harvard Business School’s Executive Management Program with an emphasis in Real Estate Strategies for Project Development and Capital Market Access.

Dianna Bowser

President and CEO of Southside Community Development & Housing Corporation (SCDHC)

Dianna Bowser has more than 19 years of experience in developing new and renovated homes for low- and moderate-income residents; overseeing the ownership and asset manager of multifamily housing for seniors and single-family property for homeownership; and implementing a comprehensive housing counseling program to increase homeownership and financial management, which was approved by HUD since 1999. Dianna has been serving as the president and CEO since 2012.

Her expertise as a grant administrator, nonprofit housing management specialist, and homeownership education trainer and counselor has garnered numerous awards and accolades for the organization. SCDHC specializes in working in only the most disenfranchised areas of the City of Richmond and offers a holistic revitalization approach in its service areas. The results are impressive: over 2,000 single and multifamily units have been provided, and more than 4,000 clients were assisted with housing counseling and home buyer’s education in the last 19 years.

Dianna attended Ohio State University.
